Following the opening of Jakarta’s new Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Cardig International established its ground handling arm, JAS Airport Services, to provide world class services to international airlines. JAS Airport Services’ first customers included Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa and Malaysian Airlines.
The quality of service of JAS Airport Services soon attracted domestic customers as well, and took responsibility for handling Sempati Air, Airfast and Merpati, extending its service to include Denpasar.
Today, Cardig International comprises aviation services, logistics, catering and security services.
The company’s aviation services include ground handling, technical ramp handling, cargo handling, and embrace the entire archipelago, serving the needs of airlines from around the globe, through JAS Airport Services and JAS Engineering.
Cardig International’s logistics operation provides transport and distribution solutions for multinational companies operating in Indonesia through its logistics group comprising UPS Cardig International, Cardig Express and Cardig Air.
In catering, Cardig International meets the in-flight needs of many international and domestic airlines, as well as being the largest industrial caterer and food distributor in Indonesia through Purantara Mitra Angkasa Dua (PMAD) and Cardig Aero Services Food (CAS Food).
For security services, through Cardig Garda Utama, we provide a total security solution to the clients from AVSEC, NON AVSEC and Regulated Agent.
